Principal Educator & Owner
Ansoné is the founder, owner, and principal educator of Hartenbos Hair Academy and Hair Artistry Salon. She is nationally and internationally qualified and holds credentials as a facilitator, assessor, and moderator.
With a strong focus on education, professionalism, and growth, Ansoné is deeply involved in both the academy and salon, ensuring that students receive real-world training and clients receive exceptional service. Her passion lies in developing confident professionals and building sustainable careers in the hair and beauty industry.
Izak Pendle
Stylist & Barber
Izak is a talented stylist and barber known for his dedication, precision, and continual growth. He delivers high-quality salon services while also playing an important role in inspiring students through his work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Ronelle November
Floor Manager & Stylist
Ronelle has been part of Hair Artistry from the very beginning and is truly part of the heart of the salon. As floor manager and stylist, she ensures the salon runs smoothly, standards are upheld, and both clients and staff feel supported. Her leadership, consistency, and loyalty make her an essential part of the team.
Michelle von Orel Bronte
Nail Technician & Beautician
Michelle brings over 30 years of industry experience to the team. Her depth of knowledge, professionalism, and skill make her a valuable asset to both the salon and students learning from real-world expertise in beauty and nail services.
Sima Zweni
Beautician & Nail Technician
Sima is a dedicated beautician and nail technician who delivers professional services with care and attention to detail. She contributes to the salon’s high service standards while supporting the overall client experience.
Kaylene Wagenaar
Shampoo Assistant & Support Staff
Kaylene supports the salon as a shampoo assistant and cleaning support staff member. She is also beginning her journey on the salon floor, assisting with straightening treatments, making her an important part of both daily operations and service delivery.

2nd Year Student Stylist
Lorika is a second-year student stylist gaining hands-on experience in the salon environment. She is developing her skills through real client work under educator supervision as part of her professional training.

2nd Year Student Stylist

2nd Year Student Stylist & Reception
Alta balances her role as a second-year student stylist with reception duties at the hair salon. She plays an important part in client communication, bookings, and front-of-house professionalism while continuing her practical training.
Danielle
2nd Year Student Stylist & Nail Technician
Danielle is a second-year student stylist who also works as a nail technician in the salon. Her dual role allows her to gain experience across hair and nail services, making her a versatile and valuable part of the team.
